Lasitha stands by what he says. I can only say that without his "overthe top" ASSISTANCE, I wouldn't have been able to visit my Brother in Rotorua, NZ. From my 1st. conversation & assurance with Lasitha, he was sending reminder texts until my Pickup from Home (Ferntree Gully) around 5.45am to AirNZ Melbourne Airport. As a Priority Passenger (Wheelchair) Lasitha went himself to Priority Booking so they knew I had arrived, & got my suitcase Booked in. He waited until the wheel chair had arrived. Thank God I'd given Lasitha a copy of my Flight details/ 2 flights to Rotorua and 2 Flights back to Melbourne. Rotorua- Auckland -Melbourne turned out to be a nightmare. NZ6.20am Rotorua - cancelled. Flights rebooked. Texted Lasitha to up date & he responded. After being transfered to Tauranga Airport by minibus, arrived Auckland late & was bused from Domestic to International Airport. Wheelchairing around is not fun. Then found Melbourne flight was delayed 3/4hr. due to connecting passingers from other flights. Tried to keep Lasitha updated. Got confused with time differences. NZ 2hrs. ahead. ARRIVAL MELBOURNE .. As a priority passenger you are first on & last off. You are informed that you can't use phones etc. I would say that between Customs, Border Control, etc. plus the duty free shoping areas-in-between to baggage claim is another huge timefactor. Wheel Chair Assistant proceeded to Baggage Claim and then out of nowhere, "Lasitha was there". I was so Happy to HUG him. He assisted with the Baggage etc. and getting back to his in Car in Carparking was amazing. After arriving home approx. 5.15pm? he helped me out of the car, made sure I got to the front door etc, then bought all of my Baggage inside. By this stage, the hours he kept in contact with me would have exceeded over 12+ hours.
My charge was just for the carpark & transport. Extremely reasonable. He is a young family man who stands by his word. "He would look after me".
Thankyou Lasitha.
All the Best for your future & Business.
